Description   This kit is designed to provide a plug-and-play (ie no soldering) connection to the AOpen power button which can be extended outside of the AOpen chassis and connected to the ACPI output of the P1900. This cable will simplify, and make more reliable the AOpen/P1900 installation. The cable kit contains two pieces. One piece is inserted between the front panel switch pcb cable and the motherboard. The second piece provides a removable cable section for connecting to the P1900 ACPI output. This allows you to easily remove the AOpen from the car so that you can take it indoors for software updates.
