I owned this product for three months and had no problems. I have the Verizon 3G service using the Audiovox PC5740 aircard. The router has more options than I use. Its convinent to take with me. Cig lit adapter is very useful, also I want to get the battery pack. I highly recommend this product for someone who needs the internet on the go. There are many other routers out there with the same features, however this is the only router I have used. I suggest doing your research, because as technology improves you may find a better product.

We are using the KR1 with a Sprint EV-DO card, and it is working flawlessly. We're paying $50 per month for Sprint EV-DO service with unlimited data.

I have not yet pruchased the KR1 Mobile Router but i have some insight on the product. The KR1 requires the use of a wireless WAN card which accesses the Verizon Wireless CDMA EV DO network. Currently verizon's plan is 80 U.S Dollars per month and offer speeds of 400 to 700 kbps. I was interested in this product and though others might like this information. A good written and video review can be found at http://www.networkworld.com/columnists/2006/022706cooltools.html
