Description   If you would like personalized support that goes beyond five minutes of troubleshooting or tricks, request a one-on-one support call with one of the Mp3Car car-computer technicians during our 9-5 business hours.  We are happy to help you troubleshoot in your car, to make sure that you get your car computer working. Place your order for the support time, and then please send an email to store@mp3car.com  with Extended Support in the heading and your order number, so that we may contact you that same day.  Please include a few options for scheduling your call. The cost is 19.99 for each half hour of one-on-one support - this beats calling in the Geek Squad! (One day, advance notice is always appreciated.)
