Could Be Good February 25, 2009

When I got the tool looked like it had been opened before, it had pry marks and scratches on the sides of it.  When I connected it to the car I got nothing besides a red light.  Being it looked like it had already been opened I decide to look inside. Inside the tool there was an ic chip loose inside.  I figured that I had a 50 50 chance of connecting it the right way.  So I connect the ic and go back to the car and now it works but I notice that the tool often loses connection with the vehicle and I have to unplug and then replug it back in.

When the tool is working as it should this is a very helpful thing to have but when you have to assemble the tool yourself after spending so much money on it it sucks.  A little more documentation on the tool would've been nice, but when its working this product deserves a 5 but being I had so much trouble with it and had to practically assemble it myself I give this item a 3
