What is the difference between the UJ-85J and the UJ-875?

Z-CLV and CLV are just slightly different ways the drive burns the media. This type of change will not affect the customer.
The ATAPI compliance has been renewed, simply a constant thing all drives do.
Added UltraDMA Mode 2, again a standard improvement on the hardware side.
