Aopen MiniPC plug-and play Power Button Cable Kit for P1900
Our Price: $14.99

This kit is designed to provide a plug-and-play (ie no soldering) connection to the AOpen power button which can be extended outside of the AOpen chassis and connected to the ACPI output of the P1900. This cable will simplify, and make more reliable the AOpen/P1900 installation.
The cable kit contains two pieces. One piece is inserted between the front panel switch pcb cable and the motherboard. The second piece provides a removable cable section for connecting to the P1900 ACPI output. This allows you to easily remove the AOpen from the car so that you can take it indoors for software updates.
This cable is about 12" long. It can be extended for people who would like more separation between their Aopen and their Carnetix.

MacPac Power Cable Kit
Our Price: $29.99

A "plug and play" power cable kit for your Mac mini! No more cable splicing!! Carnetix is pleased to announce the only "plug-and-play" power cable solution for the Apple Mac mini and your CarComputer application! The "MacPac" power cable kit connects your mini to the CNX-CA-P1900 or CNX-P2140 DC-DC regulator to provide a quick and simple automotive installation. You are no longer required to cut and splice your Apple AC adapter (brick). The MacPac provides a pre-wired cable between the regulator (P1900 or P2140) and the Mac mini, and includes all power and control signals necessary for full automatic startup and shutdown of the mini. The MacPac is fully compatible with the original Mac mini as well as the new Intel-based mini.
The main white power cable is ~3' from the mac mini power connector. This means your mac mini can be about ~3' from your Carnetix device. Custom cable extensions should be possible to create but will void your warranty.
The power switch portion of this cable kit does not work on mac minis that were made after march of
2009. A cable for the 2009 mac minis is in the works, but we can not commit to a date until it goes into production. Until the new switch cable is made, you can still use this cable to power your mac, it will just not be timed to start up and shut down with your engine ignition status.
NOTE: The Power Button cable included in this kit does NOT work with the New Mac Minis (Apple Part No. MB463LL/A). However the main power cable is still compatible. A new Power-button assembly is expected in November.
