mp3Car.com is a Maryland-based company focused on driving mobile computing innovation by supplying individuals and companies alike, with the information and products they need to develop and utilize new mobile computing technologies.  Aside from managing the mp3Car.com Store and supporting the mp3Car.com Forums, with the incredible support of our moderators, mp3Car.com also works with individuals and companies on developing custom mobile computing solutions.

The products carried by the mp3Car.com Store range from conventional technologies developed by industry leaders, to hobbyist innovations, developed on the mp3Car.com Forums.  Some of these products are tried and true, while others represent the latest in car computing technology.  The mp3Car.com Team strives to provide a diverse selection of products, so that customers may choose those products that best suit their personal car-computing needs.

The mp3Car.com Forums are the best source, world-wide, for information and consultation on car computing, as well a host of other topics.  Every day, thousands of car computing hobbyists visit the mp3Car.com Forums to share information on their latest car computing projects, as well as receive feedback on new ideas and technical issues. To date there are over one million posts and 90 thousand members.

Robert, Founder
Robert started his career in 1996 working in retail sales and marketing.  After recognizing a niche for small business computer and technology consulting services he founded Innovative Technology Consulting Corporation in early 1997.  Innovative Technology still runs and supports over 200 small and mid sized businesses in the Baltimore area.  In December of 2004 Robert Wray acquired the assets of mp3Car.com and co-founded the restructured company.

Goce, Lead Engineer
Goce Started his career at mp3Car.com in 2005. He’s the lead engineer and responsible for managing and supporting the CarNetix product line, custom car-computer solutions, technical support and RMAs and any other technical inquiries for products on the store.
Goce was born and raised in Macedonia. He moved to the US when he was 18 and attended Shepherd University for his B.S. in Computer Science degree. He continued his education at Loyola College in Maryland where he graduated with a M.S. in Computer Science degree with a concentration in Software Engineering. Immediately following his graduation in the spring of 2005, while he was looking for a job in Software Development, he found a temporary full time job at a small company called mp3Car.com where he was introduced to the concept of Car Computing. He’s been there ever since.

Heather

Heather, Manager
Heather has been a part of the
mp3Car.com Team since the fall of 2007.  Her role is to make sure that mp3Car.com continues to offer a diverse selection of the latest and greatest in car computing as well as ensure that each customer receives the products they want, when they want them.
Heather holds a BA in Economics and Political Science from McGill University and comes to Mp3Car after five years in the field of international development, working to strengthen non-profits organizations in developing countries.

Stephen, Store Manager

Stephen has been a part of the mp3Car.com team since December of 2008.  His role is to manage the many aspects of the store to make sure customers get what it is they need in a timely fashion.  Additionally, he helps put together and refine product descriptions, direct product and order inquiries, and helps with the overall marketing and planning of the company.  His favorite thing is breaking down boxes and taking them out to the recycle bin. 

Previously spending the past 10 years in the restaurant industry, he is happy to embark on a ‘real’ career.  Stephen holds a BA in Business Management from Washington State University and has his private pilots’ license.

  Sharon, Administrative Assistant
Sharon joined the mp3Car.com team in November 2007.  Her role is to provide administrative support to the office.  She works wonders keeping the books organized, up-to-date, and accurate.  She also helps process RMAs and maintains and organizes many of the physical files located at our office.  Her help around the office prevents many hairs from being pulled each day.  Sharon is currently an undergraduate student at Towson University, majoring in Kinesiology.  She plans to graduate in December of 2009.  She loves spending as much time as possible in the great outdoors.

1.  We are committed to timely customer support.  We will respond to your customer service inquiries within one business day. Please allow two business days for technical support tickets.

2.  We will do our best to correct mistakes.  In the case of a mistake made on our end, we will attempt to go above and beyond to right the situation in an expeditious and respectful manner.

3.  Communication is key.  When something out of normal store operations occurs, we will go above and beyond to keep the customer informed about their order, RMA, or service inquiry.
