Do I have to wait until 11/23/2007 to take advantage? Yes, starting 11/23/2007 XM is giving the gift of three (3) free months of service. The promotion will be applied over the first six months of the consumer’s subscription package. If six months of continuous service are not maintained, customers will not receive the full value of the promotion and will be charged a $65 early termination fee.
All inactivate radios purchased prior to 11/23/2007 are eligible for this promotion but must be activated between 11/23/2007 and 12/31/2007.

Can I combine this with additional promotions? Yes. The 3 months free offer is only valid with XM rebate promotions effective during the same time period. The 3 month free offer is not valid with any other promotions.

No. Customers can sign up for any amount of service they want and the three month offer will be applied over the first six months of their subscription package. If customers sign up for less than 6 months, they will still receive 50% off their monthly bill.
