| Pre-Order Policy |

Pre-Order
occurs only when Pre-Order is stated on a product page is offered only
when new items are already on order with the manufacturer. An estimated
shipping date will also be included if available. The estimated
shipping date is provided by the manufacturer and Mp3Car does not
guarantee the item will be shipped on that date. Mp3Car will make a
best effort to update the store product page with the most current
release date. Orders will be fulfilled based on order date. Your credit card will not be charge until the item(s) ships to you. |
| The Five Order Stages |

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check the status of your order. Orders on the Mp3Car Store have five stages:
- New: Payment for order has not yet been authorized. This often happens if one pays via Paypal and the funds take a few days to clear. Wire transfer payments will also take at least one business day for us to receive a confirmation of fund clearance.
- Processing: Payment for Order has been authorized. Orders remain in this stage for no longer than 2 business days for standard products and three business days for customer built products. The exceptoin is if an item was on back-order at the time the order was placed, in this case the order will remain in processing until the back ordered item is back in stock.
- Ready to Ship: Payment for Order has been received by the Mp3Car Store and item will ship within 1 business day.
- Pending Shipment: Order is being packed and shipped.
- Shipped: Order has been shipped and tracking number has been emailed to the customer.

| How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order? |

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable. |
| Missing Items or Parts |

If the packing slip for your order lists a product that is not in the box, or a product received is missing a part. Please email store@mp3car.com and provide your order number, an explanation of what is missing, and the initials on your packing slip. A member of the mp3Car team will assist you within one business day. |
| Backordered Items |
| |
Orders placed with backordered items are shipped as soon as new stock arrives at Mp3Car. These orders are held for up to 30 days, after which time Mp3Car will ask the customer to either ship with order without the item or cancel the order.
Orders with one or a few backordered items will be held until all items are in stock, unless a partial shipment is specifically requested. (Note that shipping charges will apply to both shipments, for a partial sihpment.)
To find out when the backordered item will be shipped, check the Availability field on the particular product page. If there is nothing in the Availability field, then the vendor has not yet confirmed the ship date.
